      研究工作经历及主要成果
      2011年7月至今:湖北省首批百人计划外聘专家,并担任武汉生物制品研究所(Wuhan Institute of Biological Products)首席科学家(Chief Scientist)。从事病毒疫苗及诊断、治疗试剂的研发。       
      2003年1月至2011年6月:新加坡分子及细胞生物学研究院(Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, Senior Research Fellow and Assistant Professor)。研究员,助理教授,与 Baxter Bioscience 公司合作, 研发人萨斯病毒(SARS CoV)重组疫苗,禽流感病毒重组疫苗(Avian Influenza A virus H5N1)并成功通过动物保护实验。同时从事以上病毒和人流感病毒(Swine Influenza A virus H1N1)及人丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的分子生物学研究 (见论文及专利)。
      1997年2月至2002年12月:新加坡国立大学农业分子生物研究所(Institute of  Molecular and Agro-biology, Research Fellow)。任研究员(Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow)主要从事冠状病毒(Coronavirus),轮状病毒(Rotavirus)和动脉炎病毒(PRRSV)的分子生物学研究。
      1994年2月至1997年1月:在英国剑桥大学病理系攻读博士生期间(Department of Pathology, University of Cambridge, PhD student),从事轮状病毒,肠道病毒,和人丙型肝炎病毒的分子生物学研究。
      1992年2月至1994年1月:在英国剑桥大学病理系(Department of Pathology, Associated Researcher),任副研究员,剑桥区公共卫生及临床微生物实验室工作(Public Health and Clinical Microbiology Laboratories of Cambridge),从事轮状病毒、肠道病毒的分子生物学研究,轮状病毒羊及羊-人重配疫苗株序列分析,血清型、基因型及毒株鉴定。
      1982年1月至1992年1月:在兰州生物制品研究所工作,后期获卫生部优秀青年科学工作者称号,任研究员助理,助理研究员和课题负责人,主要从事流感病毒及轮状病毒疫苗, 诊断用品的研发和病毒的分子生物学研究。在兰生所完成人-羊多价轮状病毒基因重配株的建株与基因型分析。参与人用轮状病毒活疫苗选育、鉴定和1期临床试验,完成基因型血清型及序列分析。
 
      获奖情况
      1. 1988年,卫生部资助开展轮状病毒基因重配伍疫苗的研究,获卫生部优秀青年科学家奖, 任课题组负责人。课题组成员:申硕;宋小冬,安宜,宁小军。
      2. 1988年,婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的病原学研究,甘肃省二等奖,甘卫函字(89)第53号。白植生,吴妙灵,申硕,方悦群,宋小冬。
      3. 1989年,小儿病毒性腹泻病原学监测方法及诊断试剂的研究,卫生部三等奖,卫科字(89)第30 号。白植生,吴妙灵,申硕,方悦群,熊宜华,郑元丰。
      4. 1994年,轮状病毒口服活疫苗基因重配疫苗株的组建,总公司三等奖,白植生,申硕,宁小军。
      5. 1995年,轮状病毒口服疫苗LLR-85-37株的选育及鉴定及人体接种观察研究,甘肃省卫生厅三等奖, 省卫生厅科技进步奖项目汇编(1993-1994)。白植生,陈冬梅,申硕,刘澜。

      荣誉奖项
      1990年至1992年:获中国卫生部优秀青年科学工作者称号,任课题负责人,获卫生部资助开展轮状病毒基因重配伍疫苗的研究。
      1992年至1993年:获中国教育部和英国文化委员会所颁的中英友好奖学金。(包玉刚爵士基金会部分资助),赴英国留学。
